Brand Strong Immersive is a six-day program that meets three days per week, spread over two consecutive weeks, 9:30 AM PT to 9:00 PM PT on Day 1, 2, 4, & 5, and 9:30 AM PT to 6:00 PM PT on Day 3 & 6 (see schedule below).

It is for people who are ready to take in the material at an exciting, intensive pace and get started quickly on implementation. And, because it’s all experienced live online, you can join from anywhere in the world.

Required participant agreements

To respect and honor all participants (yourself included!), each participant’s commitment to the following is required:

Attendance at all program sessions.
Participating actively in our sessions. This includes being on time, on camera, and mentally present, following guidance to engage and participate through the chat box in Zoom and out loud during discussions, asking questions, and adding comments.
Commitment to putting in the time and focus needed to work on your business vision and growth plan.
Open to and interested in direct and compassionate individual and business coaching within the group setting.
Commitment to practicing not judging yourself and to support your own growth and your company’s growth – whatever that means to you.
Willingness to be compassionately supported and coached if you find yourself struggling to not self-judge. Self-judgement and unintended self-sabotage are common. Your willingness and openness to learn and to grow when this surfaces is what’s important in this program.
Respect for and no judgement of others in the group. Support for each group member’s growth. Bigotry and / or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality, meaning not sharing with anyone: Any content shared by Nina or group members, or any information about any person or business in the group, including and not limited to what others say, anything about them, and anything about their business.
You understand that you will be dismissed from the program if you are not able to uphold these commitments.

Technical and physical requirements:

Comfortable using Zoom, including typing in chat (no need for spelling or grammar skills); basic comfort with Google Drive, saving Google Docs and Google Sheets (no math or spreadsheet experience needed). Open to using Slack (no prior experience needed). Contact Nina with any questions about the requirements.
